We have a state-of-the-art system of facilities, logistics and inventory tracking - so that we always have a quality installation and never hold up a closing. We use meticulous computer methods to control inventory, schedule jobs, and keep track of service after the installation. Every job is tracked on a daily basis for Avalon Flooring to maintain control of our process and maintain our client's schedule. We use cutting edge measuring techniques to quickly and accurately fill job orders, and our fleet of delivery trucks is ready to transport materials at a moment's notice.

They key to a good installation is communication.  Communicating homeowner selections, and schedules, changes, and design specifics.  If any one of the many links of communication is broken, the job will suffer.  That is why Avalon Flooring has invested so much money in information management.  Avalon is on the cutting edge.  Our paperless system assures that all communications are placed into one electronic folder that can be accessed from anywhere.  Even from the jobsite!  We generate an electronic drawing of all areas to receive flooring and make sure that these diagrams get to the installers.  All of this effort helps to assure that no one ever has to guess or try to remember what the owners wanted.

Another aspect of a quality job is a safe and a clean job.  Avalon Flooring stresses the importance of safety and cleanliness to every employee every day.  Whether its a tool box talk safety meeting or stopping work early to clean the jobsite.  Avalon is always trying to find ways to work safer and cleaner. If you can't follow safety rules and clean up everyday, then you can't work for Avalon.

The final ingredient to quality installations on a large scale is process management.  We have developed a system of job audits, supervisor reviews, and weekly production meetings that tracks the status of every house, the quality of every installer, and the performance of every supervisor on a weekly basis.  This helps our upper management identify issues before they become big problems.  Mistakes will happen, but we try to catch and fix our own before they impact anyone else.

Bottom line: No one manages large scale installations better than Avalon Flooring.  NO ONE.
