Trained and NHQ Certified

We believe to be the best at what you do, your employees must be constantly learning. Therefore, extensive training is required of our employees, as well as certification for our installation staff. In addition to on-the-job and classroom training, some staff members use the web-based Home Solutions Online University - which is available to them 24/7 . This online university has extensive courses in flooring types and installation procedures, client services, management skills, standard software applications - and color, design and trend courses.

NHQ Certification

We are proud to be starting the NHQ certifcation process that is administered over a six-nine month period through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). To achieve this highly esteemed certification, we are required to meet the NAHB’s standards for strict guidelines, record keeping, and policies and procedures manuals. This certification is the NAHB equivalent of being ISO 9000 compliant.
