Sales Associate & Design Specialist
Our Sales Associates are our experts on both product and interior decor. They will listen to your vision and can guide you in selecting the right products that fit your style and your budget. They can also provide “ballpark” estimates, set up complimentary measuring appointments, and discuss our financing options available for your project.
Our Estimators will come to you, take precise measurements of the project space, and provide you with the final cost based on the materials you have selected. They will also finalize your contract and put your mind at ease by answering any questions you may have regarding the installation process. The Estimator will place the order for all materials needed for your project.
Our Installation Managers will work hand-in-hand with you once your materials have arrived, and will schedule your installation date. They will also set up email reminders prior to your installation date, and will confirm your balance so that you can make your final payment.
Our Certified Installers will arrive at your home within your scheduled installation time frame to bring your vision to life. They will review all materials and confirm any final details prior to beginning your installation and once completed, they will walk you through the finished project and will request your approval.
