Our visit today was made even better with the help of Sales Representative Keenan Brown. This young man was very polite and helpful. What sets Avalon above the other flooring stores is the upscale selections they offer. And...the friendly, no-pressure sales reps like Keenan!

Lois Ann and Meghan are not just workers at Avalon Flooring, they are kind, and helpful people who will go completely out of their way to help you reach your goals. I haven’t walked into a store in ages where I felt so welcomed with open arms. I am going through very stressful renovations in my home and they walked me through all of my options with patience and care. An issue came up with the flooring I chose and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Thank you LoisAnn and Meghan for helping me. From beginning to end our experience at Avalon Flooring was excellent. Everyone involved was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Our sales Associate in the store (Stephanie) listened to our preferences, explained the product line and then patiently guided us through the many choices. The estimator (Nathan) came to our house, took measurements and clearly described the installation process and prepared a detailed proposal. The installers (German & Brian) came on time and did a fabulous installation, cleaning up and placing all of our furniture into place in one day. From start to finish a great job !

We purchased a laminate floor approximately three years ago. We had it installed by contractors we hired to do a kitchen renovation. Within the last year, the floor has begun to break apart. We had it looked at by a contractor, not the contractor who had installed it, and were told to pursue a warranty claim through Avalon. After three years, we had little hope of being successful. What we didn’t know, but discovered, Avalon has a department dedicated to processing warranty claims. This department contacted the manufacturer and the warranty claim was approved. Apparently, the manufacturer had a bad run of this floor and honored warranty claims associated with this run of floor. We will be covered for the cost of the floor AND installation. Avalon was excellent in pursuing the claim and keeping us informed. It is rare to encounter a business that did what Avalon did for us. We would highly recommend Avalon.
