Avalon Flooring was founded by John Millar in April 1958 with a single store located in Avalon, New Jersey. What started as a small, family-owned business has grown into a 100% employee owned, midsize company with over 300 employees and 17 locations across New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Our mission is to treat our customer’s homes as though they were our homes. And as a result, we’re fortunate to have many repeat clients.
