Custom Rugs & Runners

Nearly all of our wall-to-wall carpet styles can be fabricated into a custom rug or runner to fit your space perfectly. Whether you want something patterned or more neutral, one of our sales associates will guide you through the easy process of creating a custom rug you love. From traditional medallions to casual stripes, woven textures or plush wool, we have something for everyone.

We partner closely with manufacturers and rug binders to bring you the best quality rug or runner for your home in just a few simple steps.

STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR STYLE

When you create your own rug, the style options are endless! In our showrooms, you’ll find samples of rugs that can be customized to your needs or you can choose one of our wall-to-wall carpet styles for a unique piece.

STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR FINISH

Binding: This option involves taking fabric, folding it over the edge of the carpet and then sewing it to the carpet with a large binding sewing machine. The finished width of binding is ¼” to 3/8”.

Serging: Professionally serging a carpet involves continuously wrapping the edge of the carpet with yarn. This is similar to a traditional whip stitch, except the yarn on the edge is very close together and done by a machine. The width of the serging is about 3/8” and the yarn is chosen to match the carpet.
