Frequently Asked Questions
After arriving at the site, the Installer will review the job details with you. We’ll also ask you to verify the materials you ordered before we start the project. If any questions arise during installation, we’ll call you by phone or ask you directly if you’re on site. Once the installers complete your project, they will ask you to review it with them to make sure all work is completed to your satisfaction.
Avalon Flooring installations are completed by insured subcontractors who understand the latest installation methods for all our products. The Installer will call you when they are on the way to the site.
The installation cost varies based on the products you select and the scope of your project. One of our estimators will visit the site to review the specifics of your job and then provide a final project cost, including material and labor.
You can contact our Installation Department directly with questions related to the installation. They’re the experts and will help you through the process. Your Sales Associate will provide you with their contact information.
As soon as we’ve received all the materials needed to complete your project, an Installation Manager will call you to schedule the installation.
We will move the big stuff (sofas, coffee tables, nightstands, beds, dressers, etc.). You’re responsible for clearing the small items on your furniture and emptying the closets. Please don’t empty your belongings onto the bed as we may have to move that as well. If we need to move appliances, please make sure that you’ve disconnected plumbing and/or electrical connections beforehand.
